Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because Council Transmissions offers time-based services, digital products, and custom strategic materials, all purchases are subject to the refund terms below.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, downloads, reports, templates, and written materials, all digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

3. Live Sessions and Strategy Calls

For booked sessions, the following policy applies:

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment time. One reschedule may be granted at our discretion.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

No-shows

If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the session is considered forfeited and is non-refundable.

4. Custom Work

Any custom research, custom reports, personalized strategic analysis, or tailored deliverables are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Refund Exceptions

If Council Transmissions is unable to deliver a purchased service due to our own error, scheduling failure, or technical issue that cannot be reasonably corrected, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A rescheduled session

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

6. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at CONTACT@COUNCILTRANSMISSIONS.COM before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback attempts may result in refusal of future service.
